How bergamot oil found its way into a cup of black tea for the first time remains a mystery, but we are very glad it did. A classic flavor pairing was created. Our Pearl Grey stays true to the fundamentals of a fine Earl Grey tea. Starting with a blend of fine Fairly Traded Organic Black tea from India and Sri Lanka and scented with pure organic Italian bergamot oil; and as always, we never use flavors or enhancers preferring the job nature does on her own.
