Returns
Due to the nature of our goods, we can not except returns. We are however, happy to replace items that are damaged or lost in transit for all domestic shipments or if they are in some way defective. If you need a replacement please send us an email within one week of delivery to orders@flyingbirdbotanicals.com and let us know what's going on.
If your package can be tracked to your doorstep unfortunately it is not eligible for replacement. We rely on USPS, UPS and FedEx tracking to let us know if your order has arrived to your address. We are however, happy to help and to offer suggestions based on our experiences to help you track it down. While sadly sometimes things are stolen, packages are usually with a neighbor or building manager and often turn up in perfect condition.
Please note: All international sales are final and will not be replaced if lost or damaged in transit including but not limited to customs.
